Ananti Cove Da Moim Dinner Buffet Review | Best Hotel Buffet in Busan?

If you’re planning a trip to Busan and staying around Gijang, you’ve probably heard of Da Moim, the famous buffet restaurant inside Ananti Cove.
I recently visited for dinner during our stay, and overall it felt like more than just a hotel buffet. Between the atmosphere, seafood, grilled meats, and desserts, it ended up being one of the most memorable dining experiences from the trip.

Atmosphere

The interior felt much more stylish than a typical hotel buffet.
The space has very high ceilings with large windows, making it feel bright and open during the day and more elegant at night.
The white and wood interior design also makes the place very photogenic.
Food Highlights

1. Lobster and Lamb Chops Were the Stars
The lobster was probably my favorite part of the entire dinner. Sometimes buffet lobster can feel dry, but this one was surprisingly tender and buttery. The lamb chops were also impressive — very little gamey flavor and nicely cooked. I kept going back for more.
2. Great Meat Selection
The Wagyu striploin had a nice smoky flavor outside while staying juicy inside. The meat stations were constantly being refilled, so food quality stayed consistent throughout dinner.
3. Fresh Sashimi Corner
I honestly didn't expect the sashimi to stand out this much. The fish was sliced fresh on the spot and tasted clean without the dry texture that buffet sushi sometimes has. The sushi itself felt slightly dry since some pieces had already been prepared in advance, but the sashimi was definitely worth trying.
4. Don't Skip Dessert
The biggest surprise for me was actually dessert. The homemade Ananti ice cream was amazing. The chocolate flavor felt rich and almost like premium gelato, while the strawberry flavor was refreshing after all the grilled food. I also loved one blueberry pistachio cake that ended up being my favorite dessert of the night.
